They do mistakes.

Allow yourself to do the same.

They do learning curves.

Allow yourself to do the same.

They do trial and error.

Allow yourself to do the same.

They do incomplete.

Allow yourself to do the same.

They do shitty first drafts.

Allow yourself to do the same.

Because a mistake doesn’t mean you know nothing.

It means you had the courage to show up and do something.

Because a learning curve doesn’t mean you’ve got nothing to contribute.

It means you are determined to better your work.

Because trial and error doesn’t mean you’re a failure.

It means you’re growing your expertise.

Because incomplete doesn’t mean you’re incompetent.

It means you start and figure it out as you go.

Because a shitty first draft doesn’t mean you’re worth-less.

It means you’re committed to get it right by allowing yourself to get it wrong.

And that’s as worthy as it can get.
